The Saturday event orchestrated by NURSING 2000, a local not-for-profit organization committed to the promotion and support of careers in nursing, precedes Nurses' Day on May 6th.

Representatives from several professional Indiana nursing organizations will have displays depicting many of their health care responsibilities. Families will have the opportunity to interact with RN's who will be demonstrating equipment and to play with hands-on materials.

In addition to coordinating this Nurses' Day Event, Nursing 2000 uses a variety of activities and programs to introduce students and adults to careers in nursing.
